Teenage Boy Almost Killed By Mob After Stabbing His Friend With Bottle In Calabar
A teenage boy almost met his end after stabbing another boy with a bottle on Sunday morning in Calabar, Cross River State. The teenage boy almost got burnt to death by an angry crowd after the horrific act. According to reports, the boys got into an argument before the gruesome attack.. They were reportedly quarrelling over an incident, as one of them allegedly threw a stone at the other. The other boy (perpetrator), then picked up a bottle of beer, struck it on the ground and allegedly stabbed his friend at the rib region. According to reports, the stabbed boy started shouting as he bled and collapsed. Then people came out and began to clamp on the attacker - beating him mercilessly before he started pleading for his life. Luckily for the boy , the security men of the Response Patrol 13 arrived and immediately snatched the boy from the mob who wanted to lynch him. The crowd also pleaded with the police to carry alongside the injured victim to the hospital for treatment.
